The West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL), a Government of West Bengal Enterprise, engaged in the business of Generation of Electricity in the State of West Bengal, invites
applications from Indian Nationals to fill-up the following positions for its Corporate Office and Power Stations / Projects located at different places across West Bengal

Important Dates:

Commencement of online registration of applications by candidates: 7th August 2013.

Last date for receipt of online applications: 6th September 2013, till 5 pm.

Last date for accepting registration slips with required documents by post: 13th September 2013, till 5:30 pm.

Intimation to candidates regarding admit cards by e-mail latest by: Yet to be announced.

Written Test: Yet to be announced

HOW TO APPLY:
Eligible candidates will be required to apply online only (on the internet) through the link ‘APPLY ONLINE’ on The WBPDCL website: www.wbpdcl.co.in. No other mode of application shall be accepted.

APPLICATION FEE & MODE OF PAYMENT: General and OBC candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only). SC / ST / EC / Contractors’ workers / Departmental candidates are exempted form deposition of Application Fees. The application fee is to be deposited through Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of ‘THE WEST BENGAL POWER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED’ payable at Kolkata. Candidates are mandatorily required to mention their name, system generated registration no. and position applied for at the reverse of the demand draft / bankers cheque.
